Monday Sake Madness
It's all about Sake and Skewers.... and all for £1...It's amazing.
A lots of peoples join us every mondays to do party or relaxing and meet their friends.
They come here at Bincho Soho to enjoy the special food menu with new extra items like the Oyster mushrooms or the Kamo no Sunazuri (they are not in the regular menu the Head Chef prep them just for us on monday).
The good thing is that you can also order from the regular menu.
This way you can pick up my favorite ones like Nasu Miso Dengaku, Negima, Sori, Aspara Bacon and Daikon Salad..... and Yaki Onigiri (オいいしこれ)
They also come here to drink Sake.
Our Bartenders will fill up your Masu Sake (that is the name of the Box 升酒 ) and when the Djs become drunk as well, he starts to push the music crazier and looder....
We do have different Djs every weeks but some of them are regulars.
The Main one (and my favorite) is DJ Derrick Torr (ちょかこいです)。
Some said that he travels all the time and come back at Bincho to come to play.
He is very talented. He plays mostly in Portugal, Ibiza and NYC as well.
Always bringing some new tracks. He plays a lots of Jazz at the beginning then after few boxes (of Sake) he plays more like Deep, House, Electronica etc until he reach the craziest point and put the speakers up in the whole restaurant.
And the friends as well love it.
But Derrick is not the only one, Naoki Shimizu is always coming to organize a big MSM the first Monday of the month.
All the Japanese community is coming and they all mix with our cosmopolitans friends from all around the world.
English, French, Italian, Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Brazilian, American and many more nationality are mixed. Like the music.
the others DJs are Erica Dorn, Alex and Paul, Tetsuya, Nono, Kris, Tomoki, Kola, Kozue and all the others.
On the pictures above you can notice the Masu Tower. When you start with the friends to drink and drink more with no stop, try to pill up the masu on the top of each others and make the biggest Masu Tower.
I remember once they reach the ceiling...Fuuu!
